WTB has ensured that TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant is able to quickly seal punctures caused by anything you might encounter on the trail. Sealing with mica particles inside the punctures uses tackifiers instead of relying on the harmful ammonia evaporation process. This means that TCS tubeless tyre sealant works consistently in difficult conditions where other sealants have difficulty coagulating due to minimal evaporation. By examining five different formula revisions WTB ensures that TCS tubeless tyre sealant is the best option for quickly and safely repairing ¼’ (6 mm) punctures. The unique formula cures and the sealant particles inside the puncture form a shield to ensure a flexible and durable repair.

Optimised for temperatures down to 15F° (-9.4°C)
The sealant works best at the most common driving temperatures. To ensure that a sealant works properly at extremely low temperatures, an undesirable amount of antifreeze is required. Accepting higher minimum temperatures has allowed WTB to improve the sealing performance by reducing the amount of antifreeze and replacing it with additional synthetic latex.

Ammonia-free
TCS tubeless tyre sealant uses an adhesion process to seal punctures instead of relying on the evaporation effects of many ammonia-based formulas. As a result, the sealant works better in wet and harsh conditions, where other sealants have difficulty coagulating due to reduced evaporation.

Synthetic latex
Synthetic latex reduces the risk of an allergic reaction for individuals allergic to natural latex products. Synthetic latex also keeps the sealant fresh for many months of riding.
