LordGun is a relatively new company in the world of 'e-commerce with its roots firmly established in a solid past with a great success in the world of cycling: which results a combination of innovation and experience.
Thanks to the passion for two wheels, combined wit professionalism, which in the 70s led to the birth of the cycling store right in the centre of Brescia. With soon thanks to the passion and motivation of offering high quality products and always being a step ahead of the competition in the bicycling market "il Mercato della Bicicletta" and being one of the first to import bicycles from overseas soon became the reference point for the entire province of Brescia, especially between the 80s and 90s, offering the latest trends the market had to offer in those early years of the "cycling revolution". So begun the specialization to both the MTB and Road field covering the most important brands and revolutionaries, at the same time aiming at the continuous growth in the experience of commercial, mechanical and technical market.
In 2007 the idea to go on-line was born, a reality completely different from the shop, which started with the planning of a website capable of offering every passionate cyclist throughout Italy and also abroad, the best brands and products which would be difficult to find on the Italian market at competitive prices. Initially it wasn't an easy task, being that the use of buying goods on-line was still a novelty for many Italians, also with there being a lot of mistrust. Therefore it was necessary to build this trust with professionalism, seriousness and transparency, including assistance to help each and every customer gain confidence with their first online purchases. Thanks to the customers satisfaction and being able to share positive feedback to fellow cyclists about this (and other) which helped the website expand.
In 2011 innovation and experience together gave birth to a reality which soon became one of the most important and well known names on a national level: LordGun.
The turning point
In a short period of time and the continual growth in sales with many requests for new products LordGun had to completely change its way of operating, this lead to a significant turning point in 2014:
- the entire staff moved into a new and modern premises with Eco-sustainable energy resources (therefore significantly lowering Co2 emissions), located very near to important traffic intersections (Brescia West motorway exit and the South outer ring road and only 35 minutes from the Orio al Serio airport) offering customers a large parking area
- a new logistical system is put into place, therefore speeding up reassortment, deliveries and minimizing possible mistakes
- a new website is launched with new functions and graphics.
LordGun is not only a virtual store. Every year our staff participates in numerous events to meet and interact with new and existing clients.
Official store, present in the caravan and race village of the Vuelta a Espana (Tour of Spain) in 2015 and 2016, participating every year in several big events such as the famous "GranFndos" in Italy and abroad. Stay tuned through our social media channels!
