Vittoria Terreno Wet TNT Graphene 2.0 tire

Graphene 2.0 - an ace up your sleeve

Many a battle has been lost, due to a lack of preparation. In Gravel and Cyclocross racing, having the right tires is often the critical difference between winning, and learning the hard way. While developing the Terreno Wet tread, Vittoria worked with the top athletes to gather their wish-list of performance traits that would make the ultimate wet weather weapon. Versatility was the common thread… It had to roll like a race tire, corner on rails, and be virtually clog proof. A tall order by any measure. The final product is a tread that performs unlike any other. With the open alternating-lugged design and full siping, the Terreno Wet delivers pro performance, in a range of soft terrain.

Technologies

Graphene 2.0

With the aim to always push the boundaries of what is possible, Vittoria succeeded in the development of a new generation of Graphene: Graphene 2.0. Unlike the first-generation graphene, the new 2.0 graphene is functionalized to enhance specific tire performances. In other words, where the first generation of graphene compounds raised the bar evenly, Graphene 2.0 pin-points each performance metric, and increases it disproportionally to the rest. Vittoria is now able to apply Graphene in such a way that it can achieve a performance boost specifically for speed, wet grip, durability and puncture resistance.

TNT Tubeless Ready

Vittoria TNT (Tube No Tube) tires are up to 100 g lighter than standard tubeless, yet have reinforced sidewalls with massive cut resistance. Run tubeless on UST rims with Pit Stop cartridge or liquid latex Pit Stop, TNT tires offer better cornering, faster rolling, and fewer pinch flats, at lower pressure. Fitting is easy: TNT’s tire bead locks readily into the rim and tire is inflated with a standard hand pump. TNT tires can equally be used with an inner tube if the rider prefers, and are still light for a reinforced tire.
