Technologies

Tread
The Pipistrello tread is designed for extremely fast tracks. The open diamond blocks allow good grip on both sandy and grassy terrain. The two lateral lines (control radius) give the tyre a cutting effect on sandy surfaces.

Carcass
The standard 100% cotton carcass with high TPI offers excellent puncture resistance, elasticity, rolling resistance and cornering grip.

Neoprene
Neoprene is a 0.1 mm thick protective silica coating applied to the casing to prolong its life by preventing the tyre structure from absorbing moisture and mud.

Compound
The Monsoon compound offers a number of advantages, including lower rolling resistance, more grip and a more comfortable riding experience.
