The Stay Guard is a low-profile replacement protector that uses ultra-soft silicone rubber with a tapered wing design to absorb impact forces and associated noise. • Perfect for 2 and 3 front chainring configurations that do not work with our chain dampers.
• 400mm long x 56mm wide x 12mm high.
• Easy to install and compatible with most frames and all gear types.
• Long enough to cover the top of the chainstay, part of the chainstay and even a section of the bottom of the chainstay.
• The tapered fin design deflects to absorb impact forces and chain noise.
• Can be used on its own or in combination with our shock absorber modules for a jolt-free ride of the chain.
• Uses a quality 3M adhesive: if the bead rubs on the chainstay while riding, we recommend adding a pair of clamps in this area, otherwise the protector may start to lift.
