Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Expert 2024

Total control, generous suspension and adjustable geometry are the highlights of the new Stumpjumper EVO Expert. Add quality performance components and you get a perfect companion on the trail. The Stumpjumper EVO with the 29" wheel on the front provides perfect traction, while the 27.5" wheel on the rear makes it more manoeuvrable and playful, perfect for the bike park or for fun on the trail.

Suspension travel is useless without the right kinematics, and Specialized engineers kept this in mind when designing the Stumpjumper EVO. With what they learned in the development of the Enduro and with over 1000 hours of field and lab testing, they have dramatically improved the ride and created the capable, efficient and lively feel that everyone appreciates. The anti-squat has been increased so that the suspension resists bobbing better, and the shock absorption on angular obstacles has also been improved. In short, the Stumpjumper descends with complete control and climbs with agility.

The 'S-Sizing' geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is the most progressive. Long, low, relaxed, short offset forks and a steeper seat post make you ride better. But the perfect geometry can be different for different bikers, which is why the Stumpjumper EVO can be adjusted to six different positions. Not only can you raise the bottom bracket by 10mm, you can also adjust the head angle by up to two degrees.

Rider-First Engineered™ technology is a size-specific approach to design to ensure the same riding characteristics for all sizes. So if you're not quite a giant and pedal an S1, or if you need the long S6 instead, you'll tackle corners with the same confidence, with an equivalent balance of stiffness, all at the lightest possible weight.

In 2016, Specialized introduced the SWAT™ compartment in the Stumpjumper's frame, so you can store pumps or anything else to repair a puncture. Now, for the Stumpjumper, the space has been increased again, introducing a receptacle, the SWAT™ Bladder, which allows you to carry 650 ml in the down tube - the same amount as a water bottle.
