With 21g of carbohydrates and 20g of whey protein isolate, it's the perfect blend to start replenishing muscle glycogen reserves, repairing and reconditioning muscles2. Naturally includes leucine, an essential amino acid used in protein biosynthesis, which supports muscle protein synthesis.

Suggested use
Add 46g of powder (three full scoops) to 500ml water and shake. Foaming is normal. Leave to stand for at least 1 minute. Best when consumed up to 30 minutes post-exercise.
