PRO-IMPACT was created to allow anyone to easily tune mountain bike forks on the market with stem diameters from 32 to 36 mm, optimising their function according to terrain and riding style

This kit makes it possible to modify the progression curve and damping rates in compression and return of the fork, as well as making its operation more constant during high-intensity and prolonged use. It is the result of years of study on the interaction between air and polymer. The elastic elements must be inserted inside the positive chamber (on air forks) or inside the spring (on spring forks) and it is important to sprinkle them with a specific grease that allows good lubrication of the system. The consistency provided by the polymers makes it possible to use a lower inflation pressure of the fork's positive chamber (on air forks) or to use a spring with a lower elastic constant (on spring forks) while maintaining the same static forces. The main feature of the PRO-IMPACT is the dynamic reduction of the fork air chamber volume according to the change in pressure generated during operation. This allows for damping that cancels out vibrations at the handlebars while maintaining the correct set-up of the bike. The aim is to improve riding comfort and ensure that the tyre remains in constant contact with the ground, increasing grip and rideability.
