ProAction Hydro Plus 530 g supplement
Hydro Plus is an energy food supplement based on carbohydrates and mineral salts, such as sodium, magnesium, potassium, chlorine and calcium. Diluted with water and taken before and during physical exertion it makes itself immediately available to the body by going on to generate energy support and restoring electro-saline balance. Hydro Plus thanks to the presence of cyclodextrins, with a low concentration of sugars, falls within the hypotonic products, with an osmolarity of less than 300mosm⁄l, so as to make it a product with maximum rapidity of transit in the stomach, maximum intestinal absorption and strong rehydrating power.
Recommended use
30g of product per day is recommended. Dissolve 30g of product in 500 ml of water, to be taken during or after physical activity. A hypotonic solution with a concentration of about 260 mOsm⁄kg is obtained.
