Carbo Sprint Power 50 is an energy food supplement with 50 grams of carbohydrates, ideal for those practising high-intensity sport, based on complex carbohydrates such as maltodextrins, simple carbohydrates such as fructose and B-complex vitamins such as B1, B3 and B6.

Carbo Sprint Power 50 features maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, i.e. 2 grams of maltodextrin for every gram of fructose. This ratio makes it possible to exceed the limit of 60 g/h of carbohydrates absorbed in the intestine, allowing more to be ingested during each hour of sporting activity. In fact, maltodextrins and fructose have two different absorption pathways, thus avoiding excess carbohydrate traffic in the intestine, which can cause digestive disorders.
Carbo Sprint Power 50, therefore, thanks to its 2:1 ratio, makes it possible to exceed the limit of 60 g/h of carbohydrates that can be used, thus minimising intestinal discomfort.
The presence of vitamins B1, B3 and B6 is related to maintaining sports performance. Vitamin B1 is essential for the conversion of glucose into energy. Vitamin B3, on the other hand, is involved in the conversion of food into energy and promotes blood circulation. Finally, vitamin B6 is involved in the production of energy from glycogen.

Recommended use
It is recommended to take one gel every 60 minutes, after the first 80 minutes. Possibly take one gel before training if you are unable to eat.
It is also suggested to take one gel before high-intensity fasting workouts (approx. 30 minutes before).
