C30+ Energy Gels are widely considered to be the new gold standard for caffeinated energy gels. Formulated using a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, C30+ gels each deliver 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate, 200mg of sodium and 75mg of caffeine with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress. 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose carbohydrate source. 30g of fast-absorbing energy and 75mg of caffeine per gel. Thinner consistency than other gels so you can take with or without water. Mild in flavour to minimise the potential for gastrointestinal issues.

Usage instructions: Consume 1-3 C30 Energy Gels per hour of exercise. Do not consume more than one (1) caffeinated gel per hour.
