Met Drone Wide Body II helmet 2025
The Drone Wide Body II is the second generation of the helmet that has triumphed in numerous World Tour Time Trials and Ironman World Championships. Chosen by the world's best triathletes and winner, together with UAE Team Emirates and Tadej Pogačar, of time trials at the Giro and Tour de France, the new Drone was designed in the TUBE, a new and advanced wind tunnel built at MET's Talamona headquarters.
New tail
A new tail design allows the helmet and head to assume a lower position, creating an aerodynamic shield for the shoulders. This concept, developed in the Tube, our wind tunnel, makes the new Drone II 13.5 seconds faster on a 40km time trial than the previous version.
