The eSPEEDER 400 EQ combines a sporty feel and elegant flat-bar frame with the almost invisible assistance of a hub-drive motor to deliver the ultimate all-round fitness machine. The low-drag motor design allows you to pedal easily over the assistance limit, while the internal 250 Wh battery will help support you uphill, even if you have loaded the standard rack. Lights, mudguards and kickstand help keep you and the bike safe, while powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and a smooth-shifting drivetrain offer benchmark control. The regular SPEEDER focuses on urban efficiency and fitness and combines high-slide tyres with a straight handlebar and powerful disc brakes. The eSPEEDER follows in exactly these footsteps only with a super-neutral MAHLE ebikemotion X35+ rear hub motor and an internal 250 Wh battery to give a little extra climbing or 'catch up' speed when your legs are a bit tired. You can also use an externally mounted 208 Wh MAHLE Range Extender to increase the range.
