The eONE-SIXTY 9000 is equipped with Shimano’s EP8 motor and with the internal 630 Wh battery that extends the range. A perfectly tuned MTB geometry, combined with a rigid and lightweight carbon front triangle and a robust aluminum rear, A perfectly integrated battery and a differentiated wheel size combination that offers balance and safety on the toughest trails.

Technologies

HFS - HYDRO FORMING SYSTEM
The tubes are inserted into negative molds and a hot emulsion of water and oil is forced under pressure, allowing them to form complex shapes.

X-TAPER HEADTUBE
X-Tapered steering tube offers space for a conical fork to be mounted. Conical forks offer exceptional rigidity and precision, and provide a steering that inspires confidence.

SMOOTH WELDING
Sometimes called "double-pass welding", a second pass on the weld gives the frame a clean and organic look. At first glance, you’ll be convinced it’s carbon.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
The cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks clean, while the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

DI2 READY
The bikes/frames with the "Di2 Ready" symbol are designed for installation of Di2 technology by mounting the battery in the seat or inside the fork.

NANO MATRIX CARBON
To protect the integrity of carbon frames, the fibres are bonded together with an epoxy resin with the addition of nanoparticles, increasing impact resistance by up to 40%.

AWS
When creating the individual carbon elements, an inflatable air chamber is used to ensure that there are no wrinkles inside the tube as they can add weight and create weakness. This results in a lighter, stiffer and more durable frame.

RACELITE 61 ALUMINIUM
We use 6061 aluminium. The advantage is that you can make lighter and more advanced frames. We use additional heat treatment and double thickness wall thicknesses to produce light and rigid frames.

K-MOUNT
Integrated support on the horizontal sheath to mount a MERIDA tripod (or any commercial tripod).

THERMO GATE
Specially positioned openings near the steering tube that function as a chimney and allow the dissipation of hot air to ensure the optimal operating temperature of the internal battery. The THERMO GATE allows the battery to work at its best, in any condition.

ENERGY GUARD
A two-component battery cover, which provides perfect protection for the internal battery. The softer (outer) layer reduces noise, perfectly seals the oblique tube and easily absorbs the blows from trail debris, while the harder (inner) layer ensures that the battery is not damaged and gives it its structural shape. All critical parts such as the rubber strap and o-rings for perfect fitting can be replaced.

INTERNAL BLOCK
First introduced in our 2015 NINETY-SIX, the new version of the "inner lock" is directly incorporated into the frame and prevents the fork crown from hitting the frame in case of an accident or extreme steering angle. As extra protection, there are additional rubber bumpers on the frame to prevent damage to the frame caused by the fork crown.
