Mavic Mullet 29"/27,5" E-Deemax S Wide Boost 6 bolts rear wheel

Designed and engineered for the unique demands of E-MTBs,this durable wheel features alloy rims with enlarged rim bed & pinch flat protection making you benefit from the latest Mavic technologies. The new E-Deemax S is built specifically for E-bikes and has some unique technologies to help you ride smoother and have more fun on the trail. ISM rim machining removes material from the rims in strategic areas to minimize weight without compromising strength, and the new Black Shield treatment protects the rims against impacts and scratches. Mavic use 28 straight-pull spokes (same spoke length throughout) for a strong connection between the rim and hub, which has the ultra-reliable ID360 double ratchet system for quick engagement and acceleration. Set up for either 6-bolt or center lock disc mounts, these 29” wheels are available for Shimano HG9, XD and Micro Spline freewheel bodies and come with UST tubeless valves, spare spokes and accessories.

Pinch Flat Protection
The patented PFP technology (Pinch Flat Protection) features rims with a wider contact surface at the top of sidewall to significantly reduce the risk of tire cuts and punctures. The 30mm wide rims allow you to run lower tire pressure for better traction and smooth rolling efficiency. The patented Fore technology features a fully sealed upper rim bridge that eliminates the need for rim tape, making it the easiest system for mounting and changing tubeless tires.

Technologies

Maxtal aluminum alloy
Lightweight and strong. Exclusive to MAvic, this specific aluminum alloy offers a better strength-to-weight ratio than conventional 6106 alloy.

ISM lightweight rim technology
Inter Spoke Milling is an exclusive process patented by Mavic. ISM involves machining the rim's lower bridge between each spoke hole to achieve a lightweight and strong rim without reducing durability.

Tubeless Tape-Free Rim Technology Fore.
Stiffer and stronger. Instead of being drilled, the rim's lower bridge is pushed inward, then threaded to allow the spoke nipples to be directly screwed in, leaving the upper bridge intact.

Instant Drive 360 freewheel system
The new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is ultralight and efficient. An oversized non-contact rubber seal minimizes friction, and a wide selection of adapters makes it compatible with a wide range of frames and axles.

Tubeless UST Technology.
Traction and Control. Universal Tubeless Standard. Ride-ready tubeless system. The UST system improves traction, control and comfort while reducing inertia and the risk of punctures.

SUP Welding Technology.
Welded process, a stronger and smoother connection. After strapping, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded joint is then machined to achieve a smooth finish.

Black Shiled treatment (protects the rim from bumps and scratches)
This treatment doubles the life of the rim against bumps and scratches. Highly durable two-layer treatment with a matte finish.

Infinity Hubs
Efficient power transfer by optimizing non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. Front and rear spoke lengths are identical. Easy maintenance due to tool-free solution.

QRM Auto bearing adjustment technology
Quality Mavic Auto bearings. These cartridge bearings are obviously double sealed, with C3 internal clearance. The system,a automatically adjusts to ensure, in the long run, perfect rotation without backlash.
