ACTIVITY RECORDING
During activities where you can't wear a watch, such as team sports or martial arts, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor records your workout and syncs data, including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more, directly to Garmin Connect 3.

The HRM 600 tracks daily metrics including steps, heart rate, calories burned, intensity minutes and syncs data directly to the Garmin Connect app to update across all devices.

TRAINING VERSATILITY
For indoor track and treadmill running, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor sends pace and distance data to your compatible smartwatch2. During swimming activities, HRM 600 stores heart rate data and forwards it to the compatible smartwatch2 when the activity is saved.

FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE
