The new Speedframe RS helmet improves the fit, breathability and performance of the iconic Speedframe helmet we all know and have come to love. Featuring the revolutionary and exclusive MIPS® Integra Split Dual Density protection system-which combines a dual-density foam layer and a low-friction layer-this helmet enhances the performance of the classic Speedframe in terms of both safety and impact protection. The MIPS® system, now a must-have standard on bike helmets, is designed to reduce rotational forces in the event of a fall, forces that would otherwise be transmitted to the brain. In addition, this helmet features the BOA® Fit System, a 3-position visor, the FIDLOCK closure system, and, a first for the Speedframe helmet, integrated mounts for sunglasses.
