Deda D-Shape headset expander for Gera EDG and Curvy forks

Specific expander for Gera Curvy and Gera EDG forks with a D-shape steerer. The expander is supplied with a top cap with an eccentric hole and a specific D-shape spacer to be assembled with traditional stems.
