Dt pro lock®
In the DT Pro Lock process, a two-component adhesive liquid is injected into the thread of the nipple, enabling extremely reliable wheel mounting. By tightening the nipple on the spoke, the two-component adhesive starts to act and harden. Once fully hardened, it is still possible to centre the wheel several times, with only a slight decrease in the threadlocking effect.
Bearing technology
DT Swiss hubs are designed to function optimally once mounted on the bike. To this end, the tightening torque generated by the wheel mounting system must be taken into account when designing the hubs.
